How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods (for example, tax-related ones). Enquiry data is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. It is only processed by the providers needed to run the website and the booking system:
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Google (Firebase) — booking storage.
- Google Analytics — usage statistics, only if you accept cookies.
- Formspree — sending the booking notification by email.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us through that channel.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
